
Addressing quality standards such as the ISO 9001:2000 series or accrediting requirements are expensive and time consuming. Meeting them requires total commitment and ownership of the process throughout the organization. We eliminate much of the stress by providing leadership, project management, training, documentation and experienced counsel and advice as the organization moves through the different steps in the process. Additionally, we assist in identifying performance indicators, measures and critical success factors. Training and documentation of existing conditions and improvements are critical to certification and accrediting processes. Our methodology follows industry standards and practices and includes the tools necessary to produce a plan for quality improvement and for meeting accreditation and/or international standards that achieve the desired results.
